About Orders
What are my shipping options?
All order are shipped from New York.
For domestic orders, your options included:
- USPS (1-8 business days depends on region)
- UPS (1-8 business days depends on region)
- Standard (2-5 business days) for order $80 or up for free.
For international orders, your options included:
- USPS (2-4 weeks)
- UPS (2-4 weeks)
When will my order ship?
All order usually ship between 1-2 business days from the date of the order confirmation.
Order received before 2PM EST: processed same day
Order placed after 2PM EST: will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed after Friday 2PM EST: will be processed the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
If you have an account with us, please log in and go to "My orders" and click "view order." Then click "track your order" and it should lead you to the tracking URL to your order
If you sign up SMS message marketing while purchasing your order. First, You will receive a text notification of the order confirmation. Later, when the order is shipped, there will be another messages that has your order tracking number on it.
If you have any trouble looking for you tracking information, please do not hesitate and contact sales@mostwantedusa.com with your order number, your billing first name and last name, your email address and zip-code so we can further assist you.
Note: There will be no tracking number unless your order is packed and shipped.
