ABOUT I + J – Sisters & COFOUNDERs
Like many crazy and hard to believe ideas, Most Wanted USA began with a leap of faith! Two sister always dreaming of what the future would be like decided to join forces to create a handbag and accessories business in the hopes of achieving their #mostwanteddreams while inspiring dreamers like YOU along the way. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most Wanted USA ships all small parcels through UPS unless otherwise noted. If you would like us to ship using another carrier (i.e. FedEx, USPS, or a special carrier) please notify us by email!
Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Note that your invoice will be included in your parcel.
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment. You will then receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders will be sent to the shipping address that you provide at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by carrier malfunctions or items that are lost in transit. If this is of concern to you, express shipping can be organized for your order at an additional cost. Please email us for more information.
As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. A standard shipping fee of $8 will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All Most Wanted USA orders will be processed in US Dollars (USD). Our shopping cart accepts payment from major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
Most of our necklaces, bracelets and handbags are one sized or adjustable, unless stated otherwise. Measurements for all products are stated within the description section of the item.
Leather is a natural material and slight inconsistencies of color and texture are part of its unique character. Designed to age with wear, leather may fade and soften beautifully over time. In order to maintain the appearance of your leather product, you may want to use a leather protector. It is best to do a patch test on an inconspicuous area beforehand. Remember to cover any embellishments such as metal or studs, when applying the protector. Also, always take extra care when wearing light colored pieces with darker suede leather to avoid the dark dye transferring to your jewelry.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Any claims for shortage, damage, or wrong items must be made within 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted after 14 days and returns must have a return authorization. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking charge.
Please email us immediately if you find something is incorrectly shipping or damaged. Please attach a clear image of the damaged part(s) so our customer service team will be able to properly review your case.
Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
